Now that the spring frosts have supposedly finished we spent an afternoon clearing out some of the vegetables from the kitchen garden. She of the pink gumboots had such fun pulling out handfuls of baby carrots that we have a mountain of them to eat. Perfect size for school lunchbox inspiration and to share with friends – somehow the baby vegetables have big appeal for small children.
